I have had the privilege of calling myself a teacher for the past nine years. During my nine years of teaching experience, I have taught at four Catholic schools. Working alongside colleagues and families who care about their children’s education and want core Catholic values integrated into their family’s daily life, The Highlands has shown me what a true community of passionate teachers and enthusiastic students looks like. As faculty, we care about our students and want them to thrive physically, academically, emotionally, and spiritually. We accompany them throughout their primary and secondary education not just as teachers but as coaches, mentors, and spiritual directors. We love what we do, and the feeling is felt when you step onto our campus. Working at The Highlands has been a privilege and an honor. Seeing the joy and excitement on my students’ faces inspires me to do great things. It is because of them that I love what I do! I am proud to call myself a Highlands teacher.
